Overseas Shipping Explained

Shipping to an address outside of the United Kingdom...

We are happy to ship your order to your home or office, wherever that may be, or to a friend in a different country if you are sending a gift.

Due to the nature of our products we are legally obliged to send overseas orders by Surface Mail only. Please note that this is a legal requirement and no exceptions can be made to this.

Orders to be delivered outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Surface Mail Service for orders weighing up to 2.0kgs and orders weighing more than this are shipped using DHL Road Courier Service .

Shipping charges are calculated on the total order weight. To check the shipping cost of any of the products that we sell (or combinations of products) you can do this by simply adding the various products to the shopping basket, entering your country location from the drop down menu on the checkout page and the correct total shipping cost will be shown - you do not commit to anything if you do not click the send order button!

And if you require more than one of any particular item just change the quantity on the checkout page and the page will automatically refresh showing you the new correct shipping cost.

VAT...

The price shown on our item pages in UK Pounds Sterling and Euros includes VAT whereas the price shown in US Dollars is exclusive of VAT.

If VAT is applicable to your order then the VAT element will be shown separately on the checkout page.

Orders from the United Kingdom or any European Union country will be liable for VAT on both product and shipping costs.

Orders from outside of the European Union for delivery outside of the European Union will not be liable for VAT on products or shipping but will be charged VAT at the appropriate rate if the order is to be delivered to a European Union country.

Orders from the USA for delivery to a USA address will not be liable for VAT on products or shipping but will be charged VAT at the appropriate rate if the order is to be delivered to a European Union country.
