Spend over £50.00 and if your order is being delivered to a UK mainland address we will cover the cost of the postage & packing and even send it by overnight courier!

If you don't want to spend over £50.00 today then the delivery cost to a UK mainland address is just £2.95 per complete order so you can buy as many products as you wish and if the total order cost comes to under £50.00 your order delivery cost will be just £2.95!

Orders to Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and deliveries to anywhere outside of the United Kingdom are charged according to the total order weight. To calculate this just add your required items to your basket and proceed to checkout. Choose your location from the drop down menu at the top of the page and your shipping cost will be automatically calculated.

In Stock Items

If your item is showing as "in stock" at the time of purchase your order will be shipped to you within one working day. As a guide, orders arriving before 12 noon (Monday-Friday) are shipped on the same day and orders arriving after 12 noon are shipped out on the following working day.

In the UK, orders weighing up to 1.5kgs are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Service. Orders weighing over 1.5kgs are shipped using an overnight courier service. Once shipped you can generally expect to receive your order within 24-48 hours. We will send you an email when your order is shipped so that you know that your purchase is on it's way to you!

Orders to be delivered outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Surface Mail Service for orders weighing up to 2.0kgs and orders weighing more than this are shipped using DHL Road Courier Service. Due to the nature of our products we are legally obliged to send overseas orders by Surface Mail only. Please note that this is a legal requirement and no exceptions can be made to this.

Out Of Stock Items

We only accept orders for products that we actually have in stock as we don't want to keep you waiting for your purchase. If an item is displaying as "out of stock" you will not be able to purchase it immediately. However, please note that we receive new stock extremely regularly so we are likely to have your required item back in stock within a day or two. Please check again in a couple of days or, alternatively, if you would like us to tell you when the item is available again simply click on the "Ask A Question" button that you will see on every product page, ask to be informed as soon as your required product is available and we will be more than happy to email you with this information.
